Insurance Update - Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA)

The GCADA Group Health Plan recently distributed information to your dealership that brings you into compliance with the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA). As you may have recently heard, the U.S. House of Representatives’ has voted to repeal President Obama’s health care reform laws. Neither this legislation nor lawsuits pending in various states have an immediate impact on your health care plan.
